This design-build transit project was developed to store up to 240 VIVA busses. Gross floor area measures greater than 400,000 square feet. In addition to vehicle storage, the facility contains maintenance hoists, maintenance pits, paint shop, welding shop, automated bus wash, industrial vacuum systems, extensive lube and fluid systems, storage tanks, and offices.
