This new 260,000 square-foot facility will be the new training facility for the Toronto Maple Leafs and their AHL affiliate the Toronto Marlies.  Within the building there is a 30,000 square-foot state of the art training facility complete with a medical room to support diagnosis and treatment; and a physiotherapy room that supports rehabilitation and recovery.  Training facility includes one therapy pool, three hot tubs and one polar plunge pool along with a steam room, exercise area and medical exam rooms. The arena includes an Olympic sized ice rink; three NHL sized rinks, a full service restaurant and community meeting rooms.
